Bu çalışmanın amacı, genç kadın futbol oyuncularının çeviklik, sürat ve reaksiyon sürati parametreleri arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesidir. Araştırmaya Türkiye Kadınlar Futbol 3. Liginde mücadele eden bir futbol kulübünde futbol oynayan 18 amatör genç futbol oyuncusu gönüllü olarak katılmıştır (n=18, yaş: 17,50±1,38 yıl, boy uzunluğu=161,71±5,03 cm, vücut ağırlığı=55,86±9,50 kg). Oyuncuların çeviklik değerini belirlemek için çeviklik T testi, sürat değerlerini belirlemek için 10, 30 ve 40 m sürat testleri, görsel ve işitsel reaksiyon sürati değerlerini belirlemek için ışık ve ses uyaranlarına karşı reaksiyon verilmesini gerektiren basit reaksiyon sürati testleri uygulanmıştır. Testlerden elde edilen çeviklik, sürat ve reaksiyon sürati değerleri arasındaki ilişkileri belirlemek için, korelasyon analizi tekniği kullanılmış ve parametreler arası ilişkiler Pearson korelasyon katsayısıyla belirlenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, genç kadın futbol oyuncularının 10 m sürat değerleriyle dominant el işitsel reaksiyon sürati değerleri arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı düzeyde bir ilişki belirlenmiş (r=0,489, p<0,05), diğer parametreler arasındaki Pearson korelasyon katsayıları istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmamıştır. Reaksiyon sürati değerlerinin kendi arasındaki korelasyon katsayılarına göre, dominant el görsel reaksiyon sürati değerleriyle dominant olan ve dominant olmayan el işitsel reaksiyon sürati değerleri arasındaki ilişki istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bulunurken, dominant olmayan el görsel reaksiyon sürati değerlerinin ise sadece dominant olmayan el işitsel reaksiyon sürati değerleriyle istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı düzeyde bir ilişkiye sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak, genç kadın futbol oyuncularında 10 m sürat değerleriyle dominant el işitsel reaksiyon sürati değerleri arasındaki ilişki haricinde çeviklik, sürat ve reaksiyon sürati parametreleri arasında ilişki bulunamadığı ve bu durumun parametreler üzerinde etkili olan fizyolojik ve motorik mekanizmaların farklılaşmasından kaynaklanabileceği söylenebilir.
The aim of this study is to study the relationships between the flexibility, speed and reaction speed parameters of young female football players. Women's Football in Turkey 3. 18 amateur young football players who play football in a football club fighting in the league participated voluntarily (n=18, age: 17,50±1,38 years, length=161,71±5,03 cm, body weight=55,86±9,50 kg). To determine the players’ elasticity value, the elasticity T test, the speed values, the 10, 30 and 40 m speed tests, the visual and hearing reaction speed values, the simple reaction speed tests, requiring a response to light and sound stimulators to determine the speed values, were implemented. To determine the relationships between the elasticity, speed and reaction speed values obtained from the tests, the correlation analysis technique was used and the relationships between parameters were determined by the Pearson correlation ratio. According to the results of the analysis, a statistically significant ratio between the 10m speed values of young female football players and the dominant hand hearing reaction speed values (r=0,489, p<0,05) was determined, and the Pearson correlation ratio between the other parameters was not statistically significant. According to the correlation ratings of the reaction speed values, the relationship between the dominant and the dominant hands-visual reaction speed values and the non-dominant hands-visual reaction speed values is statistically meaningful, while the non-dominant hands-visual reaction speed values have a statistically meaningful relationship with the non-dominant hands-visual reaction speed values (p<0,05). As a result, young female football players can say that, except the relationship between the 10m speed values and the dominant hand-hearing reaction speed values, there is no relationship between the elasticity, speed and reaction speed parameters and that this situation can be caused by the differentiation of physiological and motor mechanisms that affect the parameters.
The aim of this study was to examine relationships between agility, speed and reaction time values of young female soccer players. Thirteen young female soccer players playing soccer in Turkey Female Soccer Third League participated in this study voluntarily (n=18, age: 17.50±1.38 years, height=161.71±5.03 cm, weight=55.86±9.50 kg). The agility T test for measuring agility values, 10, 30 and 40 meters sprint tests for measuring speed values and simple reaction tests which require reaction to sound and light stimuli for measuring visual and auditory reaction time were performed. The correlation analysis technique was used for the determination of relationships between agility, speed and reaction time values obtained from tests and correlations between parameters were determined by Pearson correlation coefficient. According to analysis results, there was a statistically significant relationship between the 10 meters sprint and the dominant hand auditory reaction time values of young female soccer players (r=0.489, p<0.05), it was determined that Pearson correlation coefficients among other parameters were not statistically significant. According to correlation coefficients of reaction time values, it was determined that there was a statistically significant correlation between the dominant hand visual reaction time values and the dominant and non-dominant hand auditory reaction time values, non-dominant hand visual reaction time values had a statistically significant correlation only with non-dominant hand auditory reaction time values (p<0.05). Consequently there was no correlation between agility, speed and reaction time parameters except the correlation between 10 meters sprint and dominant hand auditory reaction time values in young female soccer players and it can be said that this situation might arise from differentiation of physiological and motoric mechanisms which are effective on parameters.
