The aim of this study is to classify Turkey and European Union Countries according to the health indicators for the 2000 and 2014 year. In this study, 10 health indicators were discussed. Clustering analysis was used as a method. These countries were clustered into 4 sets based on the hierarchical clustering analysis by using the 10 health indicators of 29 countries. As a results of the analysis applied for 2000 and 2014, it is observed that Turkey had been in the same cluster as Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia.
