A special case-study was used in the research, which aims to study the views of mathematics teachers on the use of a Microsoft program called ‘MEB Vitamin’, to qualitatively assess the teachers’ opinions. The research was conducted based on the data obtained from the answers to a number of open-ended questions on the Microsoft program called ‘MEB Vitamin’, directed to 35 randomly-selected mathematics teachers employed in the Province of Sivas, in the Fall Term of the Academic Year between 2014 and 2015. Following the division of the data collected into main themes and then into sub-themes, the data were supported with sample-statements. Consequently, mathematics teachers viewed the Microsoft program called ‘MEB Vitamin’ as positive in general. However, mathematics teachers are faced with a number of infrastructural problems. Expectations for solutions to such problems were presented as suggestions or proposals.
