Günümüz eğitim sistemi, akademik başarıya odaklandığından, sanat eğitimi hak ettiği değeri görememektedir. Oysa sanat eğitimi ile bireylerin yaratıcılığı, estetik algısı, uyum, dikkat ve problem çözme becerileri desteklenir. Özgüvenli, kendini gerçekleştirebilen ve öz denetimli bireyler yetişir. Farklı lise türlerinde eğitim alan ergenlerin kullandıkları mizah tarzları ile çeşitli değişkenlerin ilişkisini incelemek amacıyla planlanan bu araştırma ilişkisel tarama modelinde, betimsel bir araştırmadır. Veri toplamak için Mizah Tarzları Ölçeği kullanılmış ve çözümlenmesinde çift yönlü varyans analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda ergenlerin cinsiyet ve sınıf düzeyleri ile sanat eğitimi almalarının, kullandıkları mizah tarzlarıyla ilişki olduğu görülmüştür.
Since today’s educational system is focused on academic success, art education cannot see the value it deserves. However, art education supports individual creativity, aesthetic perception, harmony, attention and problem-solving skills. Self-controled, self-controled and self-controled individuals grow up. This research, which is planned to study the relationship between the humorous styles that teenagers who are educated in different kinds of high school and the various variables they use, is an imaginary study in the relative scanning model. The scale of the Mizah Styles was used to collect data and dual-directional variance analysis was applied in its analysis. The research has found that adolescents get sex and class levels and art education are related to the styles of humor they use.
As today’s system of education focuses on academic achievement, art education is not appreciated as necessary. On the other hand, art education supports individuals’ creativity, perception of aesthetics, adaptation, attention and problem solving skills. It paves the way for raising self-confident self-controlled individuals who can realize themselves. Being designed to investigate the relationship of various variables and the humour styles used by adolescents studying at different types of high schools; this was a descriptive study in the correlational survey model. The data were collected by using Humour Styles Questionnaire and analysed via two-way analysis of variance. As a result of the study, it was observed that gender and grade of adolescents and their status of receiving art education were correlated with their humour styles.
