Nowadays companies understood the necessity of the cooperation between the companies for getting competitive advantage and saw that especially cooperation with suppliers provides positive contribution to subjects such as increasing the product quality, decreasing the cost of purchased products, developing flexibility of production and distribution. So supply chain systems must be established for providing these contributes and continuity of competition. Supply chain is a network formed relations and connections which provide the movement of products between suppliers, producers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers and final customers. It’s referred to mathematical optimization techniques for designing of these networks. In this paper integrated supply chain operations are analyzed from purchasing raw materials to distributing the final products for the company operated in İzmir. Designing and planning of distribution network in the frame of supply chain are formed with the mixed integer linear programming considering variables such as capacity of supplier, facility, warehouse, customer demands, cost of procurement, production, storing and transportation
