The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship between teachers’ perception of positive school management and that of organizational commitment. It is also aimed to find whether positive school management perception change significantly according to some variables or not. At the end of the study which is realized through 13 school and 329 teachers, it is found out that teachers’ perception of positive school management is sufficient and their perception of organizational commitment is medium level. According to results, positive school management predict teachers’ organizational commitment perceptions significantly in positive and medium level
