Bu araştırmanın amacı okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında gün içerisinde aralıksız eğitim olmasının olumlu ve olumsuz sonuçlarını öğretmen ve yönetici görüşlerine dayalı olarak ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma nitel bir çalışma olup veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları kullanılarak elde edilmiştir ve elde edilen veriler üzerinde betimsel ve içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında Şanlıurfa ili merkez ilçede bulunan 6 bağımsız anaokulunde görev yapan 30 öğretmen ve 11 yönetici oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında kesintisiz eğitimin olması öğretmenlerin yeme-içme, dinlenme ve temel ihtiyaçlarını karşılayamaması yönünden olumsuz olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Diğer yandan aralıksız eğitim çocukların tek kalmaması, etkinliklerin bölünmemesi ve çocukların güvenlikleri açısından ise olumlu olarak görülmüştür. Öğretmen ve yönetici görüşleri arasında farklılıklar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmen ve yöneticiler normal teneffüs uygulamasına geçilebileceği, ders sürelerinin kısaltılabileceği, her sınıfa yardımcı personel istihdamı sağlanabileceği, okul bahçesinin ve içinin güvenli, donanımlı bir hale getirilerek çok amaçlı salonlar oluşturulabileceği önerilerinde bulunmuşlardır.
The purpose of this research is to reveal the positive and negative results of continuous education in the pre-school institutions during the day on the basis of the teachers and managers’ opinions. The research is a study of quality and the data is obtained using semi-configured conversation forms and the obtained data is carried out in visual and content analysis. The study’s work group consists of 30 teachers and 11 managers working in 6 independent kindergartens located in the central district of Shanlıurfa in the 2017-2018 educational year. According to the results of the study, the continued education in pre-school institutions has been negatively assessed by the point that teachers are unable to meet their basic needs of food, drink, rest and food. On the other hand, the uninterrupted education has been seen as positive in terms of children’s safety, the uninterrupted activity and the safety of children. There are differences between teachers and managers. Teachers and managers have made suggestions that normal breathing can be applied, lesson hours can be shortened, assistant staff can be employed for each class, school garden and interior can be made safe and equipped and multi-purpose halls can be created.
The aim of this study is to reveal the positive and negative results of uninterrupted education in pre-school education institutions based on the views of teachers and administrators. The research is a qualitative study and descriptive and content analysis were applied for the data obtained by using semi-structured interview forms. The study group consists 30 teachers and 11 administrators working in 6 independent kindergarten in the central district of Sanliurfa in the 2017-2018 academic year. According to the results of the research; uninterrupted education in preschool education institutions is considered as a negative aspect in terms of teachers’ not being able to meet the basic needs such as eating-drinking and resting. On the other hand, the uninterrupted education is considered to be positive in terms of socializing children, undivided activities, and children’s safety. It was found that there are differences between the views of teachers and administrators Teachers and principals have suggested that it can be better to have regular breaks, shortened class hours, support staff in the classroom, and multi-purpose halls which can be formed by making the school garden and its interior parts safer and more equipped.
