The article is devoted to problems of development and achievement of dairy company’s logistic strategy. The article reviews the main approaches to the place and role of dairy company’s logistic strategy (fragmented, functional, integrative). In article had proposed a scheme of forming dairy company’s logistic strategy, according to an integrative approach, and the division of logistics strategies at four levels: strategic competence level, key logistics targets level; executive level; level logistics functions and operations level. According each of the four levels of logistic strategy designed and chosen logistics strategy for the company. Also proposed instruments and methods for developing company’s logistic strategy, including: business planning methods, optimization methods of interaction with the external company environment, methods of selection company corporate strategy, methods of strategic management.
