Spor Lisesi ve Düz Lise Öğrencilerinin Kariyer Kaygısı ve Bilinçli Farkındalıklarının İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, spor lisesi ve düz lise öğrencilerinin kariyer kaygısı ve bilinçli farkındalıklarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma gurubunu; Spor lisesi, Anadolu lisesi ve Meslek lisesinde öğrenim gören 32’si kadın 72’si erkek toplam 104 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, katılımcılara kişisel bilgi formu, Türkçe uyarlama çalışması Özyeşil ve ark. (2011)’nın yapmış olduğu “Bilinçli Farkındalık Ölçeği (BİFÖ)” ve Gündüz ve Yılmaz (2016) tarafından geliştirilen “Kariyer Kaygısı Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada bağımsız gruplar için t-testi (independent samples t-test), varsayımın karşılandığı durumlar için yapılan karşılaştırmalarda varyans analizi (Analysis of Variance) tekniği kullanılmıştır. Kariyer kaygısı ölçeğinde elde edilen bulgularda cinsiyet değişkenine göre anlamlı farklılık olmadığı (p>.05), eğitim gördüğü okul değişkenin de kariyer kaygısı aile etkisi ve kariyer kaygısı meslek seçimi alt boyutlarında, sınıf değişkeni ve ailenin aylık geliri değişkenlerinde kariyer kaygısı aile etkisi alt boyutunda anlamlı farklılık görülmüştür (p<.05). Bilinçli farkındalık ölçeğinden elde edilen bulgulara göre tüm demografik değişkenlerde anlamlı farklılık bulunmadığı (p>.05) görülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda, lise öğrencilerinin farkındalıklarındaki etkinin yaş ve buna paralel olarak çevre unsurunun olabileceği, sosyo-ekonomik, sosyo-kültürel ve çevresel faktörlerinde kariyer kaygılarının belirlenmesinde etken olacağı düşünülmektedir.

Abstract:

This study aims to study the career anxiety and conscious awareness of sports high school and flat high school students. The study group; Sports High School, Anatolian High School and Professional High School, 32 women, 72 men, made a total of 104 students. As a data collection tool in the study, the participants have a personal information form, Turkish adaptation work, Özyeşil and ark. The "Conscious Awareness Measurement" (2011) and the "Career Anxiety Measurement" developed by Day and Year (2016) have been used. The study used the T-Test for independent samples (T-Test for independent samples) and the Variance Analysis (Analysis of Variance) technique for comparisons for cases where the assumption was met. The findings obtained in the scale of career anxiety have not significant differences in relation to the gender variable (p>.05), the school variable in which he is educated has also significant differences in the scale of career anxiety family impact and career anxiety career choice, class variable and family monthly income variable career anxiety family impact (p<.05). The findings from the scale of conscious awareness showed that there was no significant difference in all demographic variables (p>.05). The research finds that the effect on high school students' awareness may be the age and, parallelly, the environmental element, which will be an important factor in determining career concerns in socio-economic, socio-cultural and environmental factors.

Abstract:

The objective of this study is to analyse the career anxiety and mindful attention awareness of sports and general high school students. The study group of the research consists of 104 students (32 female, 72 male) studying in sports high schools, Anatolian high schools and vocational high schools. As a data collection tool in the study, a personal information form and "Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS)" whose Turkish adaptation done by Özyeşil et al. (2011) and "Career Anxiety Scale" developed by Gündüz and Yılmaz (2016) have been used. While independent samples t-test has been used for independent groups; Analysis of Variance technique has been used in comparisons for situations where the assumptions were met in the study. When the findings obtained in the career anxiety scale are analysed; it is clear that there is no significant difference according to gender variable (p>.05). However, there are significant differences in the sub-dimension of career anxiety, family effect and career choice of the school variable. Moreover, there are remarkable differences in the sub-dimension of career anxiety family effect in class and monthly income variables of family (p<.05). According to the findings obtained from mindful attention awareness scale, it has been understood that there is no significant difference (p>.05) in all demographic variables. As a result of the research, it is thought that the effect on the awareness of high school students may be age and the environmental factor in parallel with this, and it will be a factor in determining career anxiety in socio-economic, socio-cultural and environmental factors.
