Abstract:

Purpose - This study was prepared to measure the entrepreneurial trends of students who continue to study in the International Business Administration, International Finance and Banking, International Relations and International Trade and Logistics departments at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (IBF) of a foundation university located in the province of Mersin and to contribute to the relevant literature. Method - In the framework of the study, the "Enterprise Scale" was developed by Yılmaz and Sünbül (2009) to measure students' entrepreneurial trends. With the easy sampling method, a total of 267 bachelor students participated in the survey; the obtained data, "SPSS 23. The 0" package program was analyzed by means of the method of factor analysis, frequency analysis and identifying statistics. The findings - The research was carried out in the four departments of the foundation university within the IBF, where the entrepreneurial tendency of graduate students continuing to the learning process varied significantly according to age, but did not show a statistically significant difference according to the gender and the departments in which the study was seen. Debate - As students come to the advanced stages of the bachelor’s training process, it is expected that entrepreneurial awareness is increasing and that their tendencies to establish their own business will continue to have a positive impact in this sense in the future.
