So many results that aren't mine?

Psikolojik Sermayenin İşe Yabancılaşmaya Etkisinde Örgütsel Sessizliğin Aracılık Rolü: Bir Kamu Üniversitesi Örneği

Bu çalışma psikolojik sermaye, örgütsel sessizlik ve işe yabancılaşma arasındaki ilişkileri incelemekte ve örgütsel sessizliğin diğer değişkenler arasındaki ilişkide aracılık rolünün bulunup bulunmadığını tespit etmektedir. Türkiye’deki bir devlet üniversitesinin akademik ve idari personelinden oluşan 202 kişilik örneklemden veriler toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde IBM SPSS 25.0 programı kullanılmıştır. Psikolojik sermayenin alt boyutlarından iyimserlik ve umudun işe yabancılaşmayı istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde azalttığı tespit edilmiştir. Örgütsel sessizliğin kabullenici ve savunmacı boyutlarının ise işe yabancılaşma üzerindeki pozitif etkisinin istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı olduğu saptanmıştır. Tüm değişkenler bir bütün olarak ele alındığında, psikolojik sermayenin örgütsel sessizlik ve işe yabancılaşma üzerindeki negatif etkileri istatistiksel açıdan anlamlıdır. Ayrıca psikolojik sermayenin işe yabancılaşmaya etkisinde, örgütsel sessizliğin kısmi aracılık etkisinin bulunduğu belirlenmiştir.

The Role Of Interdisciplinary Silence In The Impact Of Psychological Capital On Foreigning: An Example Of A Public University

Abstract:

This study examines the relationships between psychological capital, organizational silence and employment alienation and determines whether organizational silence has a mediation role in the relationship between other variables. Data from a sample of 202 persons consisting of academic and administrative staff of a state university in Turkey has been collected. The data analysis is based on the IBM SPSS 25.0 program. It has been found that from the lower dimensions of psychological capital, optimism and hope have reduced the outsourcing to employment to a statistically significant level. The acceptable and defensive dimensions of organizational silence have been found to have a statistically meaningful positive impact on foreigning on employment. When all the variables are considered as a whole, the negative effects of psychological capital on organizational silence and outsourcing to work are statistically meaningful. In addition, the influence of psychological capital on employment is determined that there is a partial mediation effect of organizational silence.
