Abstract:

This study was carried out with the aim of determining the effect on the performance of a food additive containing a natural grape stone given by oxygen treatment and bioactive properties in meat chickens. The effects of this food additive on protein, lipid and glucose metabolism were also determined by analysing some serum biochemical parameters. In the study, a total of 225 meat cows in a daily age were randomly divided into 3 subgroups, each of which was 3 subgroups. The control group has not been promised. The test groups added 200 (Bio200) and 400 (Bio400) mg/kg of oxygen-processed stone additives to their foods. The animals were given food and water ad libitum for 5 weeks. At the end of the study, the average living weight of the groups, the living weight increase, the benefits of food were not affected by the bioactive additive (P0.05), while the food consumption was reduced (P≤0.05). There were no statistical differences between the groups in terms of serum total protein, glucose, triglyceride, LDL, HDL and total cholesterol and serum calcium and phosphorus levels (July0.05). The bioactive additive has shown that it has no adverse effect on the identified biochemical parameters and reduces food consumption without reducing the living weight increase, and has a potential value in improving the efficiency of use of food. As a result, advanced research was conducted, in particular on the effect mechanism of this new product, which could be used in efficiency enhancement applications, and it was found that the spread of its use could provide economic production opportunities in meat chicken and organic livestock.
