Abstract:

In this study, which aims to explain the relationship between the organizational sinism attitudes and the organizational support perceptions in a security institution, the visual and relative analyses have been used. The universe of the research is formed by the Security Services Class staff of the Primary Security Directorate, which is a public institution in a district of the province of Bursa, and all Security Services Class staff in the research institution has been included as 134 people. In the study, the organisation support scale was used to detect twelve expressions to identify organizational support perceptions. Three-dimensional organizational sinism scale has been used cognitive, sensual and behavioral to identify the level of organizational sinism. The research and security services class staff’s organizational support perceptions and cynicism attitudes have found a meaningful, medium and contradictory relationship. The rise in the organizational support perceptions of employees has been found to lead to a decrease in organizational sinism, while the decrease in the opposite direction may lead to an increase in sinic attitudes within the organization. However, the identificative statistics on organizational sinism have found that the scale general average remains below the general average and that the workers in the movement are not in sinic attitudes.
