Abstract:

Rekabet koşullarının arttığı günümüzde örgütler rakipleri tarafından taklit edilmesi güç olan örgüt içi yapılarına yönelmişlerdir. Bu noktada, liderin çalışanları ile olan etkileşimi,  örgüt içerisinde çalışanlar tarafından algılanan örgütsel destek ve örgüt başarımına etki eden örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı gibi unsurlar oldukça önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı lider - üye etkileşimi, algılanan örgütsel destek ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları arasındaki ilişkileri belirlemek ve lider - üye etkileşiminin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerine etkisinde algılanan örgütsel desteğin aracılık etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma kapsamında Adana ve Mersin illerinde mağazaları bulunan yerel bir zincir perakende işletmesinde çalışan toplam 500 katılımcıya anketler dağıtılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilere göre lider - üye etkileşimi ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasında pozitif anlamlı bir ilişki, lider - üye etkileşimi ile algılanan örgütsel destek arasında pozitif anlamlı bir ilişki, algılanan örgütsel destek ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasında pozitif anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca lider - üye etkileşiminin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerine etkisinde algılanan örgütsel desteğin aracılık etkisinin olduğu ortaya konmuştur.

Abstract:

Today, with increased competition conditions, organizations have turned to the internal structures that are difficult to be imitated by their competitors. At this point, the interaction of the leader with the employees is of great importance, such as organizational support perceived by the employees within the organization and organizational citizenship behavior that affects the success of the organization. The aim of this study is to determine the relationships between the lead-member interaction, the perceptible organizational support and the organizational citizenship behavior and to reveal the mediation effect of the organizational support perceptible in the influence of the lead-member interaction on the organizational citizenship behavior. In the framework of the study, a survey was distributed to a total of 500 participants working in a local chain retail enterprise with stores in Adana and Mersin. According to the data obtained from the study; a positive meaningful relationship between lead-member interaction and organizational citizenship behavior, a positive meaningful relationship between lead-member interaction and organizational support perceived, a positive meaningful relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior was found. It is also revealed that the influence of leadership-member interaction on organizational citizenship behavior is the mediation effect of organizational support.
