Öğretmenlerin işlerini olumlu yönde etkilemesi beklenen teknolojinin, teknostres gibi olumsuz etkileri görülebilir. Teknostres ise öğretmenlerin meslek tükenmişliklerine etkileyebilir. Yapılan bu çalışma ile öğretmenlerin teknostres ve mesleki tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda 2020-2021 akademik yılında, Batı Karadeniz Bölgesi’nde yer alan bir ilde 190 öğretmenden nicel veriler toplanmıştır. Nicel verilerin toplanmasında iki adet ölçek kullanılmıştır. Bunlardan “Teknostres Ölçeği” 28 madde ve 5 faktörden, “Tükenmişlik Ölçeği” ise 10 madde ve tek faktörden oluşmaktadır. Elde edilen veriler ile öğretmenlerin teknostres ve mesleki tükenmişlik düzeyi arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin teknostres ve mesleki tükenmişlik düzeyleri ile cinsiyet, okul kademesi ve mesleki kıdem değişkenleri arasındaki farklar araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizi neticesinde, öğretmenlerin teknostres düzeylerinin orta düzey, mesleki tükenmişlik düzeylerinin ise tehlike sinyali düzeyinde olduğu görülmüştür. Cinsiyet değişkenine göre, kadın öğretmenlerin teknostres düzeyleri erkek öğretmenlerin teknostres düzeylerinden daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Öğretmenlerin mesleki tükenmişlik düzeyleri ile cinsiyet değişkeni arasında anlamlı bir farka rastlanmamıştır. Öğretmenlerin teknostres ve mesleki tükenmişlik düzeyleri ile okul kademesi ve mesleki kıdem değişkenleri arasında anlamlı bir farka rastlanmamıştır. Öğretmenlerin teknostres ve mesleki tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönlü orta düzey bir ilişki olduğu, teknostresin mesleki tükenmişliğin yaklaşık %28’ini açıkladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The negative effects of technology, such as technostres, which is expected to have a positive impact on the work of teachers, can be seen. Technostres may affect teachers' occupational extinction. The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between the teachers' technostres and the level of professional extinction. In accordance with this goal, in the 2020-2021 academic year, quantitative data from 190 teachers in a province located in the West Black Sea Region have been collected. Two scales were used in the collection of data. Of these, the "Technostres Scale" consists of 28 matters and 5 factors, while the "Extincity Scale" consists of 10 matters and a single factor. The relationship between the data obtained and the technostres of teachers and the professional extinction level has been studied. The differences between teachers' technostres and professional exhaust levels and gender, school degree and professional postgraduate variables have been studied. The analysis of the data found that the technostres levels of teachers were in the middle and the level of occupational extinction were at the signal level of danger. According to the gender variable, the technostres levels of female teachers were higher than the technostres levels of male teachers. There has been no significant difference between teachers' professional extinction levels and gender variation. There is no significant difference between the teachers' technostres and professional exhaust levels and the school degree and the professional postgraduate variables. The conclusion has been that there is a positive middle-level relationship between teachers' technostres and professional output levels, and that technostres reveals about 28% of professional output.
