Abstract:

Entrepreneurship has an important place for both individuals and governments in terms of added value it has created. Entrepreneurship is the basis for the economic development of the countries. A set of personality characteristics that individuals possess affects their entrepreneurial intentions. This study explains all the entrepreneurial personality characteristics studied in literature, in addition to the characteristics of innovation, need for achievement, risk, desire for independence, inner control focus, tolerance to uncertainty and self-confidence under the subtitles. The study was conducted in the form of a face-to-face survey of 400 people. Five of them were dismissed because they did not respond. The number of people affected by the results of the analysis is 395 in total.
