Abstract:

The paper is aimed at the development of the theoretical and methodological provision of anti-crisis financial controlling of the enterprise. The issues of controlling are seen in the works of many researchers, however the role of a financial controlling in the providing of the enterprise’s solvency in the current economic conditions is not enough investigated. Based on the results of analysis the authors have highlighted the crisis financial condition and factors of negative trends in the activities of Ukrainian enterprises. The biggest bankruptcies of the Ukrainian enterprises in 2012 have been overviewed. Relations between the current state of corporate governance and levels of bankruptcy have been examined. The nature of anti-crisis financial controlling has been researched, the essentials developed, the features formed, the economic matter of anti-crisis financial controlling has been justified. The necessity of anti-crisis financial controlling system establishing for large and medium-sized enterprises, which are searching for new sources of funding has been proposed.
