So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to examine self-efficacy perceptions of school counselors regarding special education as a predictor of occupational burnout. A total of 414 school counselors attended the study, including 192 females and 222 males, who served in various institutions in Malatya and Samsun provinces in 2015. The mean age of the participants was 34.2.  In the study, School Counselors’ Self-efficacy Scale, Burnout Syndrome Inventory Short Version, and demographic form were used as data collection tools. In the analysis of the obtained data, t-test, correlation and simple linear regression analysis were used. Results indicated that occupational burnout levels of school counselors differentiated significantly in favor of women by gender. It was concluded that school counselors had a moderately significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and occupational burnout in special education. Additionally, self-efficacy in special education explained approximately 13% of occupational burnout
