Yapılan bu araştırma ile algılanan örgütsel destek ile örgütsel sessizlik arasındaki ilişkinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu Ankara ilinde faaliyet göstermekte olan gıda işletmesinde çalışmakta olan 300 iş gören oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen veriler, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, Pearson Korelâsyon analizi ve regresyon analizine tabi tutulmuş olup yapılan analiz ve testler IBM SPSS 23 Demo versiyonu kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda algılanan örgütsel desteğin örgütsel sessizliğin alt boyutlarından olan kabullenici sessizlik ile negatif yönde ilişkisi olduğu ve kabullenici sessizlik üzerinde negatif etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca algılanan örgütsel desteğin savunmacı sessizlik ve korumacı (prososyal) sessizlik ile pozitif yönde ilişkisinin olduğu ve savunmacı sessizlik ve korumacı (prososyal) sessizliği pozitif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.
This research is aimed at identifying the relationship between organizational support and organizational silence. The sample group of the study consists of 300 people working in the food enterprise that is operating in the province of Ankara. The obtained data, verifying factor analysis, Pearson Correlation analysis and regression analysis and the analysis and tests were evaluated using the IBM SPSS 23 Demo version. The study found that the organizational support detected in the underdimensions of organizational silence has a negative relationship with the receiving silence and has a negative impact on the receiving silence. It has also been found that the organizational support detected has a positive relationship with defensive silence and protective (pro-social) silence, and that defensive silence and protective (pro-social) silence have a positive impact.
