Çalışanların otantik liderlik algılarının iç girişimcilik üzerine etkisinde algılanan örgütsel desteğin düzenleyici rolü: Bir firma uygulaması

Abstract:

Örgütlerde başarının temel faktörleri arasında çalışanların örgütlerine yönelik olumlu duyguları yer alır. Çalışanların bu duygulara sahip olmasında örgüt ve yöneticilerin önemli rolleri vardır. Çalışanlara yönelik olumlu destek hem çalışanların hem de örgütlere önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır. Yapılan bu araştırmada çalışanların otantik liderlik algılarının iç girişimcilik üzerine etkisinde algılanan örgütsel desteğin rolü belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu kapsamda İstanbul’da savunma sanayiinde faaliyet gösteren özel bir firmanın 115 çalışanı üzerinde çalışma yapılmıştır. Uygulama sonucu elde edilen veriler SPSS 21 ve AMOS paket programları yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Betimleyici analizler ile regresyon analizi ve YEM kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre çalışanların otantik liderlik algılarının iç girişimcilik üzerine etkisinde örgütsel desteğin düzenleyici rolü olduğu belirlenmiştir.

The key factors of success in organizations include the positive feelings of employees towards their organizations. Workers have important roles in organizing and managing these feelings. Positive support to employees will make significant contributions to both employees and organizations. In this study, the role of organizational support identified in the impact of authentic leadership perceptions of employees on internal entrepreneurship. In this context, more than 115 employees of a private company operating in the defense industry in Istanbul have been worked. The results of the application were analyzed with the help of SPSS 21 and AMOS package programs. It has been used with imaging analyses with regression analysis and YEM. According to the results of the analysis, the authentic leadership perceptions of employees have been determined as the regulatory role of organizational support in the impact on internal entrepreneurship.

Organizations and managers have important roles in helping employees to have these feelings. Positive support for employees will make a significant contribution to both employees and organizations. In this study, the role of perceived organizational support in the effect of employees' authentic leadership perceptions on Intrapreneurship was tried to be determined. In this context, 115 employees of a private company operating in the defense industry in Istanbul were studied. The data obtained as a result of the application were analyzed with the help of SPSS 21 and AMOS package programs. Descriptive analysis, regression analysis and SEM were used. According to the results of the analysis, it was determined that organizational support had a moderatory role in the effect of employees' authentic leadership perceptions on intrapreneurship.
