Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye’de 2005-2018 yılları içerisinde eğitim bilimleri dalında “Örgütsel Adanmışlık” konusunda yapılan lisansüstü tezlerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu’nun tez tarama merkezinde erişime izin verilen örgütsel adanmışlık konusunda yapılan 32 lisansüstü tez tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen bu tezlerden 30’u yüksek lisans, 2 tanesi de doktora tezi şeklindedir. Yapılan bu çalışma nitel bir çalışma olup genel tarama modelindedir. Bu çalışma, aynı zamanda belirtilen tarihler içerisinde veri kaynağı olarak değerlendirilen lisansüstü tezlerin doküman analizlerine göre yapılan bir meta-değerlendirme araştırmasıdır. Çalışmadaki tezler; tezlerin çeşidi, uygulanış tarihi, uygulandığı üniversite, enstitü, tez sahibinin cinsiyet durumu, tez danışmanın unvanı, araştırma teknikleri, örneklem çeşidi, veri kaynakları, veri elde etme materyalleri ve veri analiz tekniklerine uygun şekilde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma neticesinde ulaşılan bulgular, frekans ve yüzde tablolarıyla ifade edilerek değerlendirilmiş ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The aim of this study to evaluate the master's and doctoral theses studied on "Organizational Commitment" in the field of education sciences in Turkey between the years 2005-2018. Thirty-two postgraduate studies on organizational commitment allowed in the thesis screening center of Higher Education Council were reached. 30 of these theses are masters and 2 theses are doctoral theses. This research is a qualitative research and is in the general screening model. In addition, this research is a meta-evaluation study based on document analysis of selected postgraduate theses as data sources in the relevant years. The theses in the research are examined the type of thesis, the year of the thesis, the university, institute, thesis author's gender, the title of the thesis advisor, research methods, sample type, data sources, data collection tools and data analysis methods. Findings obtained as a result of the examination were interpreted by frequency and percentage tables and suggested.
