Abstract:

Abstract Risk capital is an alternative financing method, which provides the skillful and knowledgeable entrepreneurs who generate new ideas and technologies, the sources necessary to make their projects come true. Today financial difficulties are the most important difficulty encountered by the entrepreneurs. The fact that banks' rate for loans are quite high, makes the development of interest-free financing models a must for entrepreneurs. In order for the business enterprises to increase their competitive powers, the partnership culture has to be developed through entrepreneurs getting together, cooperating, or via merger. Increase in the number of partnerships and of entrepreneurs who are open to technological innovations and whose success potential are high will positively affect economic development. Venture capital is dealt in the study, particularly due to its ease of ensuring long-term and interest-free fund for investors. The aim of the present study is to reveal the importance of venture capital for the encouragement of sustainable business enterprise partnership and give information concerning its development and the benefits it will provide to entrepreneurs, in the future.
