Küreselleşen dünya, sektörlerde rekabeti artan şekilde tetiklemektedir. Rekabetin en yoğun yaşandığı sektörlerden birisi de bankacılık sektörüdür. Bankacılık sektöründe son yıllarda artan otomasyon ve dijitalleşmeye yönelik çabaların yanı sıra insan kaynağını daha etkin kullanmak hayati derecede önem göstermektedir. Banka çalışanlarının işe bağlılığı, artan rekabette fark yaratmada belirleyici rol oynamaktadır. Çalışmanın temel amacı, banka çalışanlarının işe bağlılığını etkileyen faktörlerin kısa bir ifade ile işe bağlılık öncüllerinin işe bağlılık üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Temel amaç doğrultusunda, Konya’da faaliyet göstermekte olan devlet, özel ve katılım bankalarında görev yapan 250 kişiye anket yöntemiyle işe bağlılıklarını etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesine yönelik sorular yöneltilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, bankadaki çalışma koşulları ve arkadaşlık faktörlerinin banka çalışanlarının işe bağlılığı üzerinde pozitif bir etki oluşturduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The globalized world is triggering increasing competition in the sectors. One of the most competitive sectors is the banking sector. In the banking sector, in addition to the increasing efforts towards automation and digitalization in recent years, the more efficient use of human resources is vital. The employment commitment of the bank employees plays a decisive role in making differences in increasing competition. The main objective of the study is to explore the impact of employment liability pioneers on employment liability with a short expression of the factors affecting the employment liability of bank employees. In accordance with the basic objective, questions were addressed to 250 people working in the state, private and participating banks that are operating in Konya to determine the factors affecting their employment liabilities by the survey method. The study found that the working conditions and friendship factors in the bank have a positive impact on the employment commitment of bank employees.
The globalizing world is increasingly affecting competition in sectors. The banking sector is one of the sectors where competition is most intense. In recent years, increasing the number of automation and digitalization efforts in the banking sector, as well as more effective use of human resources is of vital importance. Bank employee job involvement plays a decisive role in increasing competition. The main purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of the factors affecting the job engagement of bank employees, briefly the effect of job engagement precursors on job involment. For this purpose, questions were asked to determine the factors that affect their job involvement to 250 people working in state, private and participation banks in Konya. As a result of the research, it has been concluded that the working conditions and friendship factors in the bank have a positive effect on the bank employee job involvement.
