So many results that aren't mine?

Örgütsel Erdemliliğin Örgütsel Özdeşleşme Üzerine Etkisinde Örgütsel Desteğin Aracilik Rolü

Abstract:

Olumlu örgüt davranışları, çalışanlarda örgüte karşı olumlu duyguları arttırabilmektedir. İşgörenlerin yetenekleri, örgütlerine yönelik olumlu davranışları ve verimlilikleri örgütlerin başarısında etkendir. İşgörenlerin çalıştıkları kuruluşları kendi benimseyip çalışmaları, bilgi ve becerilerini etkili biçimde kullanmaları ve örgüt yöneticilerinin de işgörenlere destek olmaları önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel erdemlilik davranışının örgütsel özdeşleşmeye etkisinde “örgütsel desteğin” aracı işlev görüp görmediğini belirlemektir. Nicel araştırma yöntemine göre tasarlanan araştırmanın verileri Ankara OSTİM Sanayi Bölgesi’ndeki imalat işletmelerinin çalışanları (n=200) oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin analizinde elde edilen bulgulara göre örgütsel erdemliliğin örgütsel özdeşleşme ve örgütsel destek algılarını pozitif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca örgütsel erdemliliğin örgütsel özdeşleşmeye etkisinde örgütsel desteğin aracı rol oynadığı da tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak örgütsel erdemlilik olumlu bir davranış olarak örgütte işgörenlerin olumlu davranışlarını teşvik etmektedir. İşgörenlerde görülen olumluluğun örgütsel özdeşleşme ve örgütsel destek algılarını da arttırması beklenmektedir.

The Mediating Role Of Organizational Support In The Effect Of Organizational Virtue On Organizational Identification

Abstract:

Positive organizational behaviors can increase positive feelings towards the organization in employees. Employees' abilities, positive behaviors, and productivity towards their organizations are factors in the success of organizations. It is essential that the employees adapt to their organizations, use their knowledge and skills effectively, and support their managers. The primary purpose of this study is to determine whether "organizational support" acts as a mediator in the effect of virtuous organizational behavior on organizational identification. The research data, which was designed according to the quantitative research method, consists of the employees (n=200) of the manufacturing enterprises in Ankara OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone. According to the findings obtained in the analysis of the data, it was determined that organizational virtuousness positively affected the perceptions of organizational identification and organizational support. In addition, it has been determined that organizational support plays a mediating role in the effect of organizational virtuousness on organizational identification. As a result, organizational virtuousness as a positive behavior encourages the positive behaviors of the employees in the organization. The positivity seen in the employees is expected to increase the perceptions of organizational identification and organizational support.
