So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Adi ortaklık sözleşmesi Türk Borçlar Kanunu içerisinde düzenlenen ve niteliği itibariyle Türk Ticaret Kanunu’nda karşılığı bulunmayan her türlü ortaklık ilişkisi için de uygulama bulan, bunun ötesinde Türk Ticaret Kanunu’nda sayılmış olsa bile bu kanunun sessiz kaldığı konularda boşluğu doldurmak için başvurulan kimi hallerde ise doğrudan atıf yapılan bir sözleşme ilişkisidir. Bu çalışmada Türk Borçlar Kanununun adi ortaklık sözleşmesi konusunda içerdiği değişiklikler ve getirdiği yenilikler, doktrindeki görüşlerden de faydalanılarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.
