Abstract:

The study aims to determine the views of managers and teachers engaged in primary, general secondary and professional technical training within the KKTC education system on the issues of the KKTC education system. The research method has been used. The study group includes a total of 36 people, including 10 school managers and 26 teachers. Participants are made up of managers and teachers from primary, secondary, general high school and professional high schools. The research data was obtained with two questions openly asked to the teachers. First, you’ll tell the teachers “The 5 most important issues you think of the KTC education system? Then, “Why do you explain what you think this way?” The second question was asked in writing. The quality data obtained in the study is subject to visual and content analysis. The current problems of the KKTC Education System according to school managers and teachers; problems related to teachers, physical structure and lack of equipment, political reasons, administrative problems, educational program, family, school financing, migration and effects, course time and academic calendar, class pass and exam system, technology use, audit, teacher's service education, student, guidance, legal regulations, entrance to the university.
