Bu araştırmanın amacı otel işletmeleri çalışanlarının örgütsel adalet algılarına etki eden etik liderlik davranışını analiz etmek ve değerlendirmektir. Geliştirilen üç araştırma hipotezinin çözümlenmesi için Nevşehir ilinde bulunan 3, 4 ve 5 yıldızlı otel işletmeleri çalışanları üzerinde bir alan araştırması yapılmış ve veriler anket yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, iklimsel etik ve karar vermede etiğin dağıtım adaleti, işlem adaleti ve etkileşim adaletine olan etkisinin doğrusal ve pozitif yönlü olduğu sonucu ortaya çıkmaktadır. İletişimsel etiğin dağıtım adaleti ve etkileşim adaletine olan etkisinin, davranışsal etiğin ise sadece etkileşim adaletine olan etkisinin doğrusal ve pozitif yönlü olduğu sonucu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra iletişimsel etiğin dağıtım adaletine, davranışsal etiğin ise hem dağıtım adaletine hem de işlem adaletine herhangi bir etkisinin olmadığı analizler sonucunda tespit edilmiştir. Bu durum, otel işletmesi çalışanlarının yöneticileri tarafından sergilenen etik liderlik davranışı arttıkça örgütsel adalet algılarının da buna bağlı olarak arttığını göstermektedir.
The aim of this research is to analyze and evaluate the ethical leadership behavior that affects the perceptions of organizational justice of hotel enterprises. For the resolution of the three research hypotheses developed, a field research was conducted on the employees of 3, 4 and 5 star hotel companies located in Nevşehir province and the data was collected with the help of the survey. The results of the analyses show that climate ethics and the effect of ethics on distribution justice, trade justice and interaction justice in decision making is linear and positive. The result is that the impact of communication ethics on distribution justice and interaction justice, while the impact of behavioral ethics on interaction justice is linear and positive. In addition, communication ethics has been identified as a result of analysis that distribution justice and behavioral ethics have no effect on both distribution justice and processing justice. This situation shows that the increase in the ethical leadership behavior shown by the managers of the hotel business employees, the organizational perception of justice also increases accordingly.
