Kadınların İşgücüne Katılım Oranlarını Belirleyen Faktörlerin Tespitine Yönelik Bölgesel Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışmanın amacı İBBS Düzey 2 kapsamında yer alan 26 bölgede kaba boşanma oranları, eğitim düzeyi, erkek işsizlik oranları ve kişi başına düşen gelirin kadınların işgücüne katılım oranları üzerindeki etkisini analiz etmektir. 2004-2017 dönemini kapsayan çalışmada dinamik panel veri analizi kullanılmıştır. Analizden elde edilen sonuçlara göre kişi başına düşen GSYİH, eğitim düzeyi ve boşanma oranları ile kadınların işgücüne katılım oranları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki vardır. Kişi başına düşen gelir düzeyindeki % 1’lik artış, kadınların işgücüne katılım oranlarını % 0.29 artırırken, üniversite mezunu kadın sayısındaki artış, kadınların işgücüne katılım oranlarını % 0.44 artırmaktadır. Boşanma oranlarındaki % 1’lik artışın ise kadınların işgücüne katılım oranlarını % 0.40 arttırdığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca erkeklerin işsizlik oranları ile kadınların işgücüne katılım oranları arasında negatif ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Buna göre erkeklerin işsizlik oranlarındaki yüzde 1'lik artış, kadınların işgücüne katılım oranlarını yüzde 0.39 oranında azalmaktadır.

A Local Investigation To Determine The Factors Of Murder For Women's Employers

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of brutal divorce rates, level of education, male unemployment rates and income per person on women’s employment participation rates in 26 regions within the IBBS Level 2. In the study covering the period 2004-2017 dynamic panel data analysis was used. According to the results of the analysis, GDP per person has a statistically meaningful and positive relationship between the level of education and divorce rates and the rate of women’s employment participation. A 1% increase in income per capita increased women’s participation in labor by 0.29%, while the increase in women’s graduation increased women’s participation in labor by 0.44%. The increase in divorce rates by 1 percent increased the participation of women in labour by 0.40 percent. There has also been a negative and statistically meaningful relationship between the unemployment rates of men and the participation rates of women in labour. According to this, the increase in the unemployment rate of men by 1 percent reduces the participation rate of women in labour by 0.39 percent.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of crude divorce rates, male unemployment rates, per capita income and education level on female labor participation rates in 26 regions covered by NUTS level 2 for the period of 2004- 2017 by using dynamic panel data. According to the results of the study, there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between GDP per capita, education level and divorce rates and female labor force participation. 1 percent increase in the per capita GDP rises the female labor participation rates by 0.29 percent. 1 percent increase in the education level enhances the female labor participation rates by 0.44 percent. It is determined that 1% increase in divorce rates increases the female labor force participation rate by 0.40%. In addition, there is a negative and statistically significant relationship between male unemployment rates and the female labor force participation rates. 1 percent increase in the male unemployment rates decrease in female labor participation rates by 0.39 percent.
