Bu araştırmada ilkokul ve ortaokul öğretmenlerinin mobbinge uğrama nedenleri ve başa çıkma yöntemlerine ilişkin algı düzeylerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Betimsel modelde olan bu araştırmanın çalışma evrenini Malatya ili Yeşilyurt ve Battalgazi merkez ilçelerinde görev yapmakta olan ilkokul ve ortaokul öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Kolayda ulaşılabilen örnekleme yolu ile belirlenen örneklem, araştırmaya gönüllü katılan 153 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplamak için İş Yerinde Duygusal Yönden İncitilme Yıldırma Anketi” kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların algılarına göre mobbingin nedenlerinin mağdurdan değil, okul ikliminden veya kültüründen kaynaklandığı, mobbing ile mücadele yöntemleri arasında okulu değiştirme ve incitici davranış yapanlarla karşılaşmamaya özen gösterme ifadelerinin ön plana çıktığı görülmüştür.
This study aims to determine the levels of perception about the causes of molestation and the methods of dealing with primary and secondary school teachers. The work universe of this research, which is in the visual model, is formed by teachers of primary and secondary schools who are working in the districts of Malatya or Greşilyurt and Battalgazi. The sampling, which is easily accessible, consists of 153 teachers who participated voluntarily in the research. In the study, the data was used to collect the Emotional Incitation Survey at the Workplace. According to the participants’ perceptions, the causes of harassment are not due to the victim, but to the school climate or culture, the expression of changing the school between harassment and methods of fighting and taking care of not meeting those who behave harassment.
In this study, it was aimed to reveal the reasons for mobbing, find out the perception levels of mobbing coping methods of primary and secondary school teachers. The study universe of this research which is done in the descriptive survey model is primary and middle school teachers working in Yesilyurt and Battalgazi, the central districts of Malatya. The randomly selected sample is composed of 153 teachers voluntarily participating in the research. Workplace mobbing survey was used to collect data in the research. As a result of the survey, it was seen that the participants' perceptions of mobbing were not caused by the victim, but by the school climate or culture and that the foreground expressions in coping with the mobbing were changing schools and not paying attention to those who did harmful behaviors.
