Küreselleşen dünyada tüketicilerin ihtiyaç ve beklentileri, yaşam tarzları ve yaşam tercihleri de hızla değişmektedir. Buna bağlı olarak konut sektöründeki tüketicilerin konut tercihlerinde de bu beklentiler görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Bişkek’te öğrenim gören üniversite gençlerinin gelecekte sahip olmak istedikleri konut tercihleri incelenmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Bişkek’teki üniversiteler arasından rastgele beşi seçilmiş ve öğrencilerden anket aracılığı ile veriler toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler nonparametrik Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis H testleri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarında, katılımcıların cinsiyetine göre para ve altyapı faktörlerinin önemli olduğu, konforun aile içerisinde kişiye göre farklılık gösterdiği ama öğrencinin okuduğu bölge, fakülte ve aile gelirine göre konut seçiminde farklılık olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
In the globalized world, consumer needs and expectations, lifestyle and lifestyle preferences are also changing rapidly. This is due to the expectations of consumers in the housing sector. This study examined the housing preferences that students of the university in Bişkek would like to have in the future. For this purpose; five of the universities in Bishkek were randomly selected and data from students were collected through the survey. The data obtained was analyzed using nonparametric Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis H tests. The research finds that money and infrastructure factors are important according to the gender of the participants, that the comfort in the family differs from person to person, but that there is no difference in the choice of housing according to the area, faculty and family income in which the student learns.
In a globalizing world, the needs and expectations of consumers, their lifestyles and life preferences are changing rapidly. Accordingly, there are consumer's expectations in the housing sector. In this study, the future housing preferences of the university students, studying in Bishkek were examined. Five students were randomly selected from the universities in Bishkek. Data were collected from the students by means of questionnaire. Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis H. nonparametric tests have been used in the study and analyzed. According to the results of this study, it was determined that money and infrastructure factors were important according to the gender of the participants, comfort varied according to the person in the family, however, there were no differences in the housing preferences of the students according to the region, faculty and family income.
