Abstract:

From the past to the present, women and men have different roles in society due to their nature. When the man is evaluated from the social point of view, it is known that he is out of the house and the woman takes responsibilities in the house. In this case, it is seen that the man is in the foreground in terms of social position and the woman is in the background. It is known in the society that the woman should first take care of her house, her children and her family, and the man must first meet the financial needs of the house. Because of these responsibilities given to women and men, women are at the second place in working life. It took a long time for the woman to express herself in terms of business life. This compilation work done in terms of women managers in the world and in Turkey taking into consideration gender inequality literature in order to shed light does not have the quality of work.
