Abstract:

Abstract: Within this article, It’s tried to examine the source qualifications of law disciplines that were in practice during the prevrcus period of treatise. As the method of research, the data about that period’s law were calected thraugh text analysis method which is specified as one qualitative methods. As the result of data we reached, the elements soyurced jahiliyya period’s law are formed as contents after they are brought up as titles. Within the scope of research, source qualitatives of crime law that is on of the law disciplines largely applied in Hijaz regicn is examined. Source qualitatives of the period’s law were also tried to be detected by getting help from the disciplines apart from crime law, and legal disposels in the other regions of the peninsula. Within the text , It is absorved that internal dynamics of the penisula shaped the crucial part of the source of law which was valid during that period, coupled with this, peninsula law’s source qualitatives were formed by getting affected by external dynamics due to the fact that peninsula was neighbour to different cultures and civilizations.
