Abstract:

Recent studies have shown that work-family life conflict results in high stress, low work and life satisfaction in employees; the perceptible social support has a relationship between both satisfaction and conflict levels. The aim of the study is to explore the relationships between the variables concerned and the effects of work stress, perceptible social support and work-life satisfaction on the work-family life conflict. The work was carried out with 316 5-star hotel staff in Kuşadası and Istanbul. The verifying factor, used by Pearson correlation, simple linear regression and Sobel mediation analysis, has found significant positive relationships between work stress and conflict variables, conflict variables and both social support and satisfaction measurements. Work-family-work conflict and work-satisfaction between work stress, work-family-work conflict and life-satisfaction between work-family-work conflict and life-satisfaction between work-family/family-work conflict and work-satisfaction between work-family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/family/ The problems in family relationships and the low level of employment-life satisfaction increase the level of employee-family life conflict. The high level of work-family conflict and work stress are the cause of family-work conflict.
