Abstract:

The aim is to reveal the relationship between the public institutions operating in the Turkish Defense Industry and the power sources that private sector companies perceive and the dimensions of organizational sinism. Method - Data is obtained with the method of survey, using the quantum research method in the research. The sample of the research is made up of employees of public institutions and organizations that operate in the Turkish Defense Industry and organizations that operate in the private sector. In the study, non-parametric statistical methods were used. The relationship between the two independent numerical variables is interpreted by the Spearman's Rho correlation ratio. The findings - The findings of the research found that reward, expertise and legal power sources are factors that remove the sinic attitude, but no connection between the charismatic power source and the cognitive, sensual and behavioral dimension has been found. In the forcing power source, the result is that the level of the working sinic attitude increases as the use of power increases. Discussions - The most important contribution of the work is that it is carried out in the Turkish Defense Industry special, unlike its field. Accordingly, the existence of the relationship between the source of power perceived and organizational sinism is similar to literature, but there is a reverse interaction.
