So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu çalışmayla, çalışanların örgüt kültürü algılarının deontolojik adalet algıları üzerinde nasıl bir etkisinin olduğunu tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Birey-örgüt uyumu kuramı, örgüt kültürü algısı ve örgütsel adalet arasındaki ilişkinin kuramsal temelini oluşturmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Yalova ilinde faaliyet gösteren özel sektör ve kamu kurum çalışanları üzerinde nicel bir araştırma yürütülmüştür. Yapılan regresyon analizleri sonucunda, çalışanların hiyerarşi ve pazar kültürü algısının deontolojik adalet algıları üzerinde olumlu etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
