Abstract:

At the beginning of the early twentieth century, the activities of political parties and organizations in the Russian Empire became more active. Thus, the Tsar tolerated the open participation of political parties during the 1905-1907 revolution, which led to an increase in political activity in the empire. At that time, Azerbaijan was also in the process of political activism as part of the empire. However, as in the whole country, there was political eclecticism in Azerbaijan as well. Since it was impossible for the national elite to pursue a single political line at that period, there were difficulties in studying the views of the figures of the time. These difficulties increased after the fall of the Romanov dynasty. Therefore, due to the change in the political program of the vast majority of parties whose main views are the struggle against the Tsarist regime, in the process of analyzing their political step, disparate views are formed.
