Kitabının yazarı Herbert Spencer, “The Man Versus The State” eserini 1884 yılında yayınlar. Liberal bir sosyolog olan Spencer, devletin cebri düzenlemeler ile liberal ideolojinin dışına çıktığını ve klasik liberalizmden uzaklaşan modern liberalizmin yaklaşan yeni bir tür sosyalizm ve köleliğe dönüştürüldüğünü iddia eder. Bu bağlamda analiz ve değerlendirme konusu yaptığımız ilgili çalışma, eserin konu ve içerik dizilimi esas alınarak başlıklar halinde irdelenmiştir. Herbert Spencer, the author of the book, published his work "The Man Versus The State" in 1884. Spencer, a liberal sociologist, claims that the state has gone out of the liberal ideology with the jibri arrangements and that modern liberalism, which is removed from classical liberalism, has been converted into a new kind of socialism and slavery. In this context, the analysis and evaluation of the relevant work that we do is based on the subject and content layout of the work. The solving contribution of the work to the paradigmatic issues that still preserve its up-to-date in the political and legal, social and moral fields ensures the importance of the work is preserved.
