Sınıf Öğretmenlerinin Örgütsel Adalet Algılarının Bazı Değişkenler Açısından İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, sınıf öğretmenlerinin örgütsel adalet algılarının bazı değişkenler açısından incelenmesidir. Araştırma, nicel araştırma paradigması içinde yer alan tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma evrenini Düzce il merkezindeki 559 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Basit seçkisiz örneklem yöntemi ile 269 sınıf öğretmeninden veri toplanmıştır. Araştırmada örgütsel adalet ve alt boyutlarının demografik değişkenlerle ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak Niehoff ve Moorman tarafından geliştirilen, Polat tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan “Örgütsel Adalet Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda sınıf öğretmenlerinin yüksek düzeyde örgütsel adalet algısına sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin örgütsel adaletin alt boyutlarında olan dağıtımsal adalet, işlemsel adalet ve etkileşimsel adalet algıları da yüksek düzeydedir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin örgütsel adalet ölçek toplamı, dağıtımsal adalet ve etkileşimsel adalet algıları ile cinsiyet, kıdem ve kurumdaki görev süresi arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı, yaş ile anlamlı bir farklılığın olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin işlemsel adalet algılarının cinsiyet, yaş, kıdem ve kurumdaki görev süresi ile anlamlı farklılık göstermediği tespit edilmiştir.

Review Of Class Teachers' Organizational Justice Perceptions In Some Changes

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to study class teachers’ organizational justice perceptions in terms of some variables. The research was carried out in the scanning model that is included in the quantum research paradigm. The study universe consists of 559 class teachers in the Düzce province center. The data was collected from 269 class teachers with a simple, unselective sample method. The study has studied the relationship of organizational justice and subdimensions with demographic variables. As a data collection tool developed by Niehoff and Moorman, Polat used the "Organized Justice Scale" adapted to the Turkish language. The research has found that classmates have a high level of organizational justice perception. The perceptions of distribution justice, processional justice and interactive justice, which are the lower dimensions of organizational justice of class teachers, are also high. It has been found that there is no significant difference between the group of organizational justice scale, distribution justice and interactive justice perceptions and gender, seniority and time of office in the institution, there is a significant difference between age and age. It has been found that the perceptions of processual justice of class teachers do not make significant differences with gender, age, age and duration of office in the institution.

The purpose of this research, designed as a survey, is to examine organizational justice perceptions of primary school teachers. The data are collected from 269 primary school teachers using a simple random sampling method. The relation of organizational justice and its sub-dimensions with demographic variables is investigated. The "Organizational Justice Scale", developed by Niehoff&Moorman and adapted into Turkish by Polat, is used as the data collection tool. The results show that primary school teachers have a high level of organizational justice perception. Their perceptions of distributive, procedural and interactional justice, sub-dimensions of organizational justice, are also high. Primary school teachers' perceptions of organizational justice scale total, distributive and interactional justice did not differ significantly with gender, seniority, and tenure in the institution, but there was a significant difference with age. The procedural justice perceptions of primary school teachers don’t differ significantly with gender, age, seniority, and tenure in the institution.
