Abstract:

The main purpose of the study is to compare the views of teachers in the schools where they apply with pre-school teachers candidates on the teaching practice process. The research is carried out by the methods of study of the status. The study included 21 teachers candidates and 12 teachers working in the schools where students practice. The "Teacher and Teacher Application Assessment Form" was used by researchers to obtain their opinions on the teaching application course from teachers and teachers candidates. In the analysis of the obtained data, the quality data analysis techniques have been used by the content analysis technique. As a result of the discussions with the teachers candidates and the practice teachers, the teachers candidates needed support in class management and communication with the child. The increase in the course hours will allow teachers candidates to be more equipped and prepared for the profession, not only in this course, but also in all courses.
