Tarihî Türk dilinin özelliklerinin saptanmasında başvurulacak en önemli kaynak yine o dönemde yazılmış metinlerdir. Bu sebeple tarihî bir metni gün yüzüne çıkarmak ve ait olduğu dönemi belirlemek dil çalışmalarının önemli basamaklarından biridir. Üzerinde çalışılan risale Süleymaniye Kütüphanesi Ayasofya 3135 numarada kayıtlı olan bir mecmuanın 178a-181b yaprakları arasında yer almaktadır. Eseri önemli kılan husus ise Türk dilinin tarihî bir döneminin özelliklerini taşıyor olmasıdır. Çalışmada ilk olarak yazma hakkında bilgi verildi. Ardından yazmanın imla özellikleri, ses bilgisi ve biçim özellikleri tanıtıldı. Risalenin dillik özelliklerinden yola çıkarak eserin Harezm Türkçesinin yazı dili özellikleri gösterdiği belirtilmiştir
The most important source to be applied to the identification of the characteristics of the historical Turkish language is the texts written in that period. Therefore, bringing a historical text to the face and determining the period to which it belongs is one of the important stages of language studies. The work on it is located between the 178a-181b leaves of a mosquito registered in the Ayasofya 3135 Library of Solomon. What makes the work important is that the Turkish language carries the characteristics of a historical period. The study was first given information about writing. Then the imla characteristics of writing, sound knowledge and form characteristics were introduced. From the language characteristics of the Risalen is stated that the work shows the characteristics of the Harezm Turkish written language.
