Abstract:

The main objective of this research is to study teachers' candidates in terms of "educational beliefs" and these educational beliefs in terms of various variables. For this purpose, a screening model was used in the research. The research work group consists of 657 teachers candidates who studied at the University of Kafkas during the 2017-2018 period. The data in the study was collected with the "Education Faith Scale". The study used visual statistics, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis H test, while determining the educational beliefs of teachers candidates. According to the findings obtained from the research, the low-dimensional participation in which teachers candidates show a high degree of educational beliefs is the low-dimensional participation in which existing education is the low-dimensional participation in which they show a high degree of educational beliefs. In the lower dimensions of the scale, significant differences have been identified according to certain variables (gender, program type, class level, teaching type).
