Abstract:

The diversity of production revenues and resources (resources) has a guiding effect on efforts, both in terms of consumer preferences and in terms of cost and competition conditions. Today, discussions about the effects and consequences of additives used in almost every product on human health (physical and mental) are still unclear with accurate data. One of the problems arising from these discussions is whether in the process of preparation, production, preservation, packaging and delivery of food (food, beverage) products to the consumer, whether the legal production entries are used or not, or whether the natural product itself is legal. The increasing consumption consciousness and the market size of hundreds of billions of dollars, the efforts affect the production and marketing policies. It is likely that the size of the market and the cost difference in relation to the production revenues, the efforts will lead to behavior that is contrary to the rules of honesty, the legal certificate or standards used in this field will be overwhelmed. This study will examine the abuse and consequences of legal certificates or standards in order to protect fair competition understanding, consumers and competitive efforts.
