Abstract:

Each state has its own educational system and its objectives and contents are determined according to its values. In the educational system of the Kazak Turks, children were trained in institutions that provided pre-school education, which began to educate individuals at a very young age by determining the objectives and contents appropriate to the state policy. The historical and cultural structure of Kazakhstan has been influential in the determination of Kazakhstan’s educational site, and the influence of the pressure, assimilation and other changes in the educational system during the periods of Tsar Russia and the Soviet Union has also been seen. During these periods, all the Kazakh people were asked to become Soviet-type individuals and policies were implemented to this goal in education. and n. Ilminsky's introduction of Kazakh Turkish as a separate language in the Kazak education system, teaching of Russian as an educational language, opening of Russian schools, and the influences of I. Altınsarin, the founder of the Kazak education system and the Kazak schools, were accepted. With the dissolution of the Soviet Union and the proclamation of independence on 16 December 1991, some changes have occurred in the Kazak education system, which was rooted in the older periods, the objectives and contents of national culture consciousness have been incorporated into the education system. After our study included general information about Kazakhstan, Kazakh education system and pre-school education were discussed and then included in the name of special days and holidays celebrated throughout Kazakhstan and in Kazakh kindergartens. The study was conducted through a semi-configured interview technique and the method of document analysis. As a result of the evaluation of conversations with randomly selected Kazakh participants, the attention was attracted to the narrative tradition and celebrations in Kazakhstan's pre-school education, with such activities the cultural transfer began through education in the young age and the children were found to be active in the culture by participating in these activities.
