Abstract:

The aim of this research is to reveal the technological leadership behaviors of school managers during the COVICOVIDD-19 process. Research is an imaginary study aimed at revealing an existing situation. The research work group consists of 13 school directors working in primary, secondary and secondary schools in the Devrek and Ereğli districts, with the Zonguldak province center in the 2019-2020 educational and educational year. The research has used a semi-configured conversation form developed by the researcher as a data collection tool. The research data was collected through face-to-face conversations with the school directors. In the analysis of data, the content analysis technique is used from the quality research methods. The findings of the study show that school managers in the COVID 19 process aimed at ensuring the continuity of the curriculum while managing remote education through educational technologies, ensuring that students do not separate from school and supporting teachers’ professional development in technology. Research findings also show that school managers provide print resources to students who do not have the internet at home to ensure equal access to technological resources, they provide technological tools, they provide support in the use of EBA.
