Bu makale, “Kuşak ve Yol Girişimi” olarak adlandırılan Yeni İpek Yolu Projesi kapsamında tarihi İpek Yolu’nun canlandırılması, geliştirilmesi ve yeni olanaklar sunması amacıyla yapılan çalışma ve girişimlere değinerek, bu yeniliklerin Çin ve Ortadoğu ilişkisine etkisi üzerine bir değerlendirmeyi kapsamaktadır. Çin, yeni ticaret yolları bulmak, Çin Yuanı’nın değerini ve prestijini artırmak, uluslarası ilişkiler noktasında gelişim sağlamak amacıyla Kuşak ve Yol Girişimi kapsamında birçok bölge ve ülkeye yatırımlar ve fonlar sağlamıştır. Bu bölgelerden biri olan Ortadoğu, barındırdığı petrol, enerji ve hammadde kaynakları ve limanlarıyla Çin için önemli Kuşak ve Yol Girişimi ayaklarından biridir. Bu çalışma da Kuşak ve Yol Girişimi kapsamında Çin ve Ortadoğu ilişkisindeki oluşumları ve gelişimleri incelemeyi hedeflemektedir.
This article covers an assessment of the impact of these innovations on the relationship between China and the Middle East, referring to the work and initiatives carried out in the framework of the New Silk Road Project, called "Cush and Road Initiative", with the aim of reviving, developing and offering new opportunities for the historic Silk Road. China has provided investments and funds to many regions and countries under the Generation and Road Initiative in order to find new trade routes, increase the value and prestige of the Chinese Yuan, and provide development in the international relations points. The Middle East, one of these regions, is one of the key footsteps of the Generation and Road Initiative for China with its oil, energy and raw materials and ports. This study also aims to explore the formations and developments in the relations between China and the Middle East within the framework of the Generation and Road Initiative.
This article includes an evaluation on the impact of the improvements on the relationship between China and the Middle East, by referring to the studies and initiatives made within the scope of the New Silk Road Project, which is called the "Belt and Road Initiative", in order to revitalize and develop the historical Silk Road and to offer new opportunities. China has provided investments and funds to many regions and countries within the scope of the Belt Road Initiative in order to find new trade routes, increase the value and prestige of the Chinese Yuan, and improve international relations. The Middle East among these regions is one of the important Belt and Road Initiative pillars for China with its oil, energy and raw material resources and ports. This study aims to examine the formations and developments in the relationship between China and the Middle East within the scope of the Belt and Road Initiative.
