Abstract:

Örgütsel adalet çalışanların, örgüt politikalarını, kararları ve uygulamalarını onaylayıp onaylamadıklarının değerlendirilmesidir. Örgütsel muhalefet, uyuşmazlıkların ya da farklı fikirlerin ifadesi olarak olumsuz bir anlam barındırsa da önemli bir örgütsel iletişim davranışıdır. Örgütlerde muhalefet davranışı örgütlerin gelişimi için çok değerli katkılar sağlamaktadır. Bu anlamda bir örgütsel iletişim ve geribildirim yöntemi olan muhalefet sayesinde, örgütler eksik yanlarını geliştirebilecek ve yanlışlarını da düzeltebilecektir. Bu bağlamda örgütsel düzeyde adaletsiz uygulamaların sorgulanması ve düzeltilmesi boyutunda örgütsel muhalefet etkili bir geribildirim rolü oynamaktadır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Isparta il merkezinde bulunan Anadolu Liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Isparta Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğünden elde edilen verilere göre Isparta İl Merkezindeki Anadolu Liselerinde farklı branşlarda 581 öğretmen görev yapmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin tümüne anket formları ulaştırılmıştır ve geri dönen ve analize uygun 347 anket değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki etkiyi tespit etmek üzere AMOS ve SPSS programlarından yararlanılmıştır. Yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ile elde edilen verilerin analizi sonucunda, örgütsel adalet, örgütsel muhalefet boyutlarını anlamlı ve pozitif bir şekilde etkilemektedir.

Abstract:

Organizational justice is the assessment of whether employees approve or not their organization policies, decisions and practices. Although organizational opposition has a negative meaning as an expression of disputes or different ideas, it is an important organizational communication behavior. The opposition behavior in organizations provides a very valuable contribution to the development of organizations. Thanks to the opposition, which is a method of organizational communication and feedback in this sense, organizations will be able to develop their missing sides and correct their errors. In this context, in the extent of questioning and correction of unfair practices at the organizational level, organizational opposition plays an effective feedback role. The universe of research is formed by teachers who work in the Anadolu High Schools located in the center of the Isparta province. According to the data obtained from the Isparta National Education Directorate, 581 teachers in different branches in the Anatolian High Schools in the Isparta Provincial Center are employed. The survey forms were delivered to all teachers and received 347 survey reviews according to the feedback and analysis. It has been used by the AMOS and SPSS programs to identify the effects between the variables. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained by structural equality modeling, organizational justice affects the dimensions of organizational opposition in a meaningful and positive way.

Organizational justice is the evaluation of whether employees approve or approve organizational policies, decisions and practices. Organizational opposition is an important organizational communication behavior, although it has a negative meaning as the expression of disputes or different ideas. Opposition behavior in organizations provides valuable contributions for the development of organizations. In this sense, thanks to the opposition, which is an organizational communication and feedback method, organizations will be able to improve their shortcomings and correct their mistakes. In this context, organizational opposition plays an effective feedback role in the questioning and correction of unfair practices at the organizational level. The population of the research center is located in Isparta are teachers in High School. According to the data obtained from Isparta Directorate of National Education, 581 teachers work in Anatolian High Schools in Isparta Province. Questionnaires were sent to all of the research universe and 347 questionnaires were included in the analysis. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained by structural equation modeling, the dimensions of organizational opposition have a significant and positive effect on the dimensions of organizational justice.
