Abstract:

This survey has been made to reveal the level of mobbing experiences as a communication style among the teacher of secondary education. This survey has been fulfilled with the method of schoolsurvey in descriptional methods. For this aim, Personal İnform Formand Mobbing Criterion consist of 35 matters have been applied to 396 teachers being charged in the secondary education associations of MEB. That was studied in Niğde, Konya, Erzurum, Batman, Şanlıurfa, Trabzon provinces for this survey. The survey set a limit to sex, age, civilized, education, branch, duty in school, seniority, association, to be perceived of socio-economic positions and volunteering of participants.
