Bu araştırmada okulların hesap verebilirliğinin yönetici, öğretmen ve veli görüşlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması desenine göre tasarlanmıştır. 2015–2016 eğitim öğretim yılında gerçekleştirilen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Erzincan ili Çayırlı ilçesinde yer alan ilk ve ortaokullarda maksimum çeşitliliği sağlamaya yönelik her okuldan bir yönetici, bir öğretmen ve bir veli ile gönüllülük esasına göre 8 okul yöneticisi, 8 öğretmen ve 8 öğrenci velisi olmak üzere toplam 24 katılımcı oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak yöneticilerin, öğretmenlerin ve velilerin okulların hesap verebilirliğine ilişkin görüşlerinin alındığı yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracında yöneticilere üç, öğretmenlere üç ve velilere üç adet açık uçlu sorulara yer verilmiştir. Veriler katılımcılar ile yüz yüze görüşmeler yoluyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin yorumlanması sürecinde içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları okul yöneticisi, öğretmenler ve veliler boyutu olmak üzere üç başlık altında yer almıştır. Analizler sonucunda okul yöneticileri boyutunda 3 tema ve bu temalar altında 18 kategori, öğretmenler boyutunda 3 tema ve 23 kategori ve veliler boyutunda ise 3 tema ve 17 kategori elde edilmiştir.
In this research, it is aimed to describe the school accountabilities according to school principals’, teachers’ and parents’ views. It has been done by case of study method of the qualitative research methods. The working group of this research made in 2015-2016 educational year has been formed by 24 participants; 8 school principals, 8 teachers and 8 parents whose have been in the some primary and secondary schools in Çayırlı district of Erzincan province according to maximum variation samples. In the research, semi-structured interview form based on the opinions of school principals, teachers and students’ parents’ views about schools accountabilities has been used as data collecting tool. Three open ended questions have been asked to the school principals, teachers and parents. Dates have been got by face to face interviews. In the interpreting of dates process, content analysis technique have been used. Research findings have been formed under three title “school principals”, “teachers” and “parents”. The result of analysis, “school principals”, title has been formed of 3 theme and 18 categories under the these three theme, “teachers” title has been formed 3 theme and 23 categories and “parents” title has been forms 3 theme and 17 categories.
