Bu araştırmada engellilerde beden eğitimi ve spor dersine yönelik yapılmış olan lisansüstü tezlerin incelenmesi ve genel durumun tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. YÖK Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında kayıtlı olan 1990-2019 yılları arasındaki lisansüstü tezlerin analizinde 4 doktora ve 30 yüksek lisans tezi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma veri toplama yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Tezler tezin türü, yılı, yetersizlik grubu, tezin yapıldığı üniversite, enstitü, anabilim dalı, örneklem grubu, örneklem grubu sayısı, tezin konusu, araştırma yöntemi, araştırma modeli ve veri toplama aracı değişkenleri açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırmada betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, engellilerde beden eğitimi ve spor dersi ile ilgili tezlerin yoğun olarak 2016 yılında yapıldığı görülmüştür. Lisansüstü tezler 6 tez ile en fazla Gazi Üniversitesi’nde yapılmıştır. Enstitülerde ise 13 tezin eğitim bilimleri enstitüsünde ve 13 tezin sağlık bilimleri enstitüsünde; anabilim dalı olarak da 13 tezin beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenliği anabilim dalında, 13 tezin de beden eğitimi ve spor anabilim dalında daha fazla ele alındığı tespit edilmiştir. Yetersizlik grubu bakımından zihinsel engellilerde çok fazla araştırmalar yapıldığı; tez konularında beden eğitimi ve spor dersine yönelik tutum, görüş, bakış açısı ve öğrencilerin sosyalleşmeleri konularına ağırlık verildiği görülmüştür. En çok çalışılan örneklem grubunun 17 tez ile öğretmenler ve 14 tez ile ilköğretim öğrencileri olduğu, araştırmalarda ele alınan örneklem grubu sayısı bakımından ise 27 tez ile tek örneklem grubunun daha fazla ele alındığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca araştırma yöntemi açısından nicel yöntemin, araştırma modeli olarak tarama ve deneysel modelin, veri toplama aracı olarak da ölçek ve anketin çoğunlukla kullanıldığı belirlenmiştir.
The purpose of this research is to assess and establish the general scenario for postgraduate theses conducted for physical training or sports course for the disabled. 4 doctors and 30 master's theses were analyzed during the 1990-2019 postgraduate thesis study, which has been registered as a database of the Council of Higher Education National Thesis Center. One of the qualitative data gathering strategies of study was the document analysis methodology. The thesis, year, disability, universities, institutes, departments, sample groups, sample group numbers, topic matter, research technique, research model and data collecting instrument have been studied. In the examination, a methodology of descriptive analysis was applied. Research shows that in 2016 the theses on physical education and sports teachings were prepared for people with disabilities. At the highest level, postgraduate theses were completed at Gazi University, with 6 theses. 13 theses are conducted at institutions at the Institute of Education and 13 are conducted at the Institute of Health Science, as a Department of Physical Education and Sport Lecture, and 13 theses have been addressed in the department of Physical Education and Sports. A great deal of study was undertaken in the disability group on the mentally disabled; in the field of thesis it was noted that attitudes, views, perspectives and socialization were highlighted in relation to physical education and sports. Teachers with 17 theses and elementary school pupils with 14 theses have been chosen as the most examined sample group. Furthermore, the quantitative approach was decided to be employed as a research model, scale and survey as a data collecting instrument, in the most respects for the research method, survey and experimental model.
