Abstract:

This study focuses on health and safety at work in the insurance sector. With the development of the industry and the economy, the sectors have also changed working conditions, as a result of which the negative events in their workplaces have increased and the work accidents have increased accordingly. Insurance companies have taken some measures to prevent these negative events as a sector. Thus, he has tried to adopt this situation by taking advantage of the concept of health and safety at work to provide his staff with the opportunity to work in a healthy and safe environment. Not only from the negative situations in the industry and the office, the Covid-19 virus, which is emerging today, has caused health and safety at work to become more important and has contributed to the adoption of the necessary measures at a high level.
